At The Treasure Closet, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies;

• All sales are final, but we do offer an exchange for same priced item.

• All items are handmade, each is different and may have small imperfections.

​

• For custom orders we do require full payment before the order is started.

​

• Cancelled custom orders will receive 50% refund to cover time and supplies used.

​

•  Please allow two weeks for custom tumbler orders.
